Want to become a co-exhibitor?

Co-exhibitor fee – 5 095 SEK (excl. VAT)

The co-exhibitor is promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor and receives the same services. The co-exhibitor has the opportunity to purchase advertising spaces, order invitation cards to send out to customers, and more. The company also gets access to all exhibitor information.

Please note that it is the co-exhibitor, not the main exhibitor, who registers the application

Conditions

Cancellation terms Nordbygg :

Cancellation of stand space can take place free of charge within 10 days from the order confirmation date. In the event of later cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

100% of the registration fee (Starter Package) and 0% of the stand rental until 31 December 2026.

100% of the registration fee (Starter Package) and 50% of the stand rental from 1 January 2027.

100% of the registration fee (Starter Package) and 75% of the stand rental from 1 September 2027.

100% of the registration fee (Starter Package) and 100% of the stand rental from 1 November 2027.

Freight and empty packaging handling (Starter kit)

Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting)
