IV Produkt is clearly specialized in offering air handling units – with a particular focus on solutions that support the green transition. This focus aligns perfectly with the EU’s climate goals and energy directives. With subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, and Norway, as well as partners in several other countries, the company’s engagement is both locally rooted and internationally oriented.
Physical Presence Matters
The company’s specialization and clarity are also evident in its communication and marketing. IV Produkt’s message is to be the best in the plant room. To convey this, they combine traditional channels like trade fairs with a strong digital presence, especially on LinkedIn and YouTube. Nordbygg stands out as a particularly important part of the marketing mix:

She notes that many visitors appreciated being able to see the products in real life – especially the larger units, which some didn’t even know IV Produkt manufactured.
More Than Just a Fair
The engagement at this year’s event was strong. Around 60 employees from the company attended – from salespeople to technicians – and the booth was filled with visitors from all over Sweden.
“For us, Nordbygg is the perfect opportunity to meet colleagues from different parts of the country, exchange experiences, and discuss projects over shared dinners each evening. Spending these days together is both enjoyable and valuable, and it benefits our work in the long run”, says Julia Ljungberg.
After the fair, the marketing team produced a video capturing the products and atmosphere of the event. Parts of it are used on social media to keep interest alive even after the booths have closed.
A Continuing Commitment
IV Produkt has already booked the same large booth for Nordbygg 2026 – with the same high level of commitment.
“Exhibiting isn’t just about direct sales. As one colleague put it: ‘If you’re not there, you don’t know what you’re missing.’ It’s about showing long-term presence, informing, building relationships, and sparking new ideas – both with customers and internally, and that’s important to us”, says Julia Ljungberg.
Tremendous Potential
Despite the challenges posed by a weak construction market, IV Produkt sees tremendous potential ahead.
“There is a significant need for energy renovations, particularly in apartment buildings and commercial properties. By replacing older ventilation units, property owners can improve their building’s energy rating and both save money and reduce climate impact”, Julia Ljungberg concludes.
