* Goods quantities that exceed 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading is charged. Special agreements may occur for heavier lifts) Read more and book here →

Note that standard walls are 2.5 meters high.

Cancellation terms Nordbygg :

Cancellation of stand space can take place free of charge within 10 days from the order confirmation date. In the event of later cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

100% of Registration fee/Start package and 0% of Stand rent until December 31, 2024.
100% of the Registration fee/Start package and 50% of Stand rent from January 1, 2025.
100% of Registration fee/Start package and 75% of Stand Rent from September 1, 2025.
100% of Registration fee/Start package and 100% of Stand Rent from November 1, 2025.

Our stand solutions have different degrees of freedom of choice, from a simpler adaptation in Small Meeting, unique solutions in Big Meeting to a total freedom of choice with special designs in Creative Meeting. Below you can read more about each solution.

Please note that it is the co-exhibitor, not the main exhibitor, who registers the application

Co exhibitor fee:

5 095 excl VAT. VAT.

The co-exhibitor is promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor and receives the same services. The co-exhibitor has the opportunity to purchase advertising spaces, order invitation cards to send out to customers, and more. The company also gets access to all exhibitor information.
