You are co-organisers of Nordbygg – what does that involve?
– We have the privilege of helping to create a strong and relevant seminar programme. Nordbygg is an important meeting place for different parts of the societal building sector, for manufacturers of building products and for the members of the Swedish Construction Materials Industries. For us, it is a given to have a high level of engagement in the event.
How are your plans shaping up ahead of Nordbygg?
– We hope that our core issues – construction and building material costs, digitalisation, and sustainable and circular solutions – will be in focus. We will take part in planning seminars around these exciting topics.
What expectations do you have?
– We are in a very challenging situation, with an economic climate under pressure while the sector is facing major demands from both the market and new regulations – Swedish as well as European. Participation in Nordbygg should be a solid investment, from both a business and networking perspective, and help companies stay on track and make strategic choices during a demanding yet exciting period.
What can visitors expect from you?
– In addition to highly relevant seminars, our members will be on site to showcase a range of innovative and forward-looking solutions, and to discuss how we can work together to deliver the solutions the sector is asking for.
Why should you visit Nordbygg?
– Nordbygg is the Nordic region’s largest meeting place for the construction and civil engineering industry. Setting aside time every other year to attend this key hub is a sound investment, offering unmatched networking opportunities and a clear overview of the current state of development within the sector.
