Melinda Lemke, you are co-organizers of Nordbygg. What does that mean?
– Nordbygg is the obvious meeting place for everyone in the Swedish construction sector, and it is gratifying that more and more international guests and exhibitors are finding their way to the fair. The more we help each other build a solid foundation for our society, the more likely we are to overcome the challenges we face. As co-organizers, we ensure that the fair has content that fits the times and attracts the talents the industry so desperately needs. We do this by offering exciting exhibitors in Hall C and interesting lectures on the Glass Stage.
How are your plans for Nordbygg 2024 going?
– Nordbygg is the forum where we update ourselves on product news, make contacts, exchange ideas, and listen to interesting lectures. Melinda Lemke and the team will focus a little extra on the fantastic craftsmanship that is disappearing during Nordbygg 2024.
What expectations do you have?
– Now is the time to rally. Much is at stake, both the conditions for life on earth and our way of living in an open democratic society.
What can visitors expect from you?
– Glasbranschföreningens (The Glass Industry Association’s) stand is a meeting place for everyone working to build brighter future prospects, and here we offer glass advice on site. On the Glass Stage, speakers will follow one another, and on Thursday we will present the Glass Prize and the Glass Pearl to Sweden’s best glass construction project. We also take the opportunity to gather our women’s network to network together with the women at Nordbygg. In addition, there will of course be many important exhibitors of glass, systems, and fittings in Hall C.
Why should one visit Nordbygg 2024?
– There is no other place in Scandinavia where you can update yourself on news, learn so much about the industry, and make the right contacts in such a short time. It is very well-invested time that will greatly benefit your business in the future, concludes Melinda.
