Among the first to secure their spots are Kakelspecialisten and Grohe \u2013 two leading players ready to meet the industry at Nordbygg 2026 with exciting innovations and expert teams.<\/p>\n At Nordbygg, Northern Europe\u2019s leading meeting place for the construction and real estate sector, exhibitors traditionally showcase technical innovations and breakthroughs. Functionality, energy efficiency, and sustainability are central themes.<\/p>\n \u201cBut we also have many exhibitors and visitors with a strong interest in design, form, and aesthetics \u2013 architects and specifiers, including developers and project managers,\u201d says Lina Hann, Project Manager at Nordbygg.<\/p>\n Especially in the installation sector, there is growing demand for products that combine technology with aesthetics, such as attractive tiles and clinkers or stylish taps and bathroom details.<\/p>\n To meet this need, Nordbygg is introducing a new concept: Spotlight Design. The area consists of identically designed small houses placed at the front of Hall A. The uniform exterior makes the setup cost-effective and easy to navigate for visitors. Each exhibitor has complete freedom to design their own 12-square-meter showroom. Even companies already exhibiting at Nordbygg can complement their presence with a space in Spotlight Design.<\/p>\n \u201cWe see these houses as temporary showrooms, where exhibitors can create everything from bathroom concepts to material combinations. The idea is to give visitors a curated experience \u2013 an environment where design and expression take center stage,\u201d explains Lina Hann.<\/p>\n Adjacent to the area, a program called Design Talks will feature specially invited guests such as architects, designers, and industry experts.<\/p>\n Kakelspecialisten is one of the exhibitors joining Spotlight Design. Exhibiting at Nordbygg is new for them, but they are experienced participants at Stockholm Furniture Fair. She believes that Nordbygg\u2019s development in recent years, with an increasingly clear focus on bathroom design and a sharper target audience, makes the fair particularly interesting for them.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Spotlight Design platform also offers an opportunity to provide an overview; we can tie together the bathroom\u2019s various products and present how materials interact,\u201d she says. \u201cWe will also highlight materials with low climate impact and recycled content. Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in procurement and project development, and we see property owners demanding these qualities more and more,\u201d says Gunilla Eriksson.<\/p>\n After a couple of years away, Grohe is making a comeback at Nordbygg 2026 with a clear ambition: to showcase the next step in bathroom innovation at Spotlight Design. At Nordbygg, Grohe is targeting project customers, architects and designers, wholesalers, property developers, and developers.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have high expectations, as always, with many visits from both new and existing customers.
