At Nordbygg 2024, NIBE showcased its latest initiative: the ventilation unit NIBE Flow, a significant step toward establishing itself as a comprehensive supplier for the property sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2013 It was a highlight to finally meet both new and existing customers who showed great interest in our new product line. We need to participate in forums like Nordbygg, while also maintaining strong internal engagement to quickly capture good ideas and adapt our products to market needs, says Henrik Henningsson, Sales Manager for NIBE Sweden.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For the next Nordbygg, NIBE is actively working on new energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, planning once again to create a meeting place where they can demonstrate these innovations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

NIBE closely follows trends and challenges affecting the heating and ventilation industry, where energy efficiency and adaptation to energy policy decisions are central issues. NIBE\u2019s heat pumps can leverage real-time electricity price data to produce both heat and hot water at a lower cost.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2013 For example, being able to track electricity prices in real time is a feature that has been available since 2014, but it has gained real popularity in recent years. Our heat pumps are so smart that they learn the home\u2019s usage patterns, such as when we use the most hot water. The heat pump knows when hot water will next be needed and can wait to recharge until the next electricity price drop, all without compromising comfort in the home, Henrik explains.\u00a0<\/p>\n
NIBE\u2019s goal is to always stay one step ahead in product development to meet the requirements and legislation emerging in Sweden and the EU. Political decisions are described as both a challenge and an opportunity to highlight the critical role heat pumps play in the transition to fossil-free energy sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2013 We are actively working to meet upcoming regulatory requirements and see our products as part of the solution for a more sustainable future. We know that heat pumps are a key component in the journey toward fossil freedom, Henrik concludes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
